Every one of us has been affected by this global pandemic. The Coronavirus is hitting us hard, and especially with Social Distancing now extended through April 30, small businesses everywhere are struggling to keep their doors open. Help to support your favorite local businesses and help get us all on the other side of this.
If you’re able to eat out, order from small local restaurants. If you’re able to shop, order from small, family owned shops. Many businesses are offering curbside pickup and delivery. Others are offering their services virtually until we are allowed to socialize again. You can still support a small business, even if the current crisis prevents you from using their goods/services at this time.
🐾Tell your friends. If you’re happy with a small business you’ve used, tell people about them! Word of mouth is a small business’s best friend. You never know who may be in need of their goods/services.
🐾Purchase gift cards. You can still put money into your favorite businesses to help them keep their doors open now, and use them later on.
🐾Write reviews. Reviews are so important in helping to support a small business that doesn’t have a big name behind them. People tend to only leave reviews when it’s been a negative experience. Let other people know how much you enjoy them!
🐾Check in on your friends that own small businesses. It’s hard times for everyone right now, and many business owners are struggling every day with the option of closing their doors. Let them know how much you love them!
Remember to shop small, smile, wash your hands, and train your dog!
